Definitions

‘Product or ‘Products’ includes handmade items or any other type of goods or services offered through this website.

‘Vendor’, ‘I’, or ‘me’ means https://print-gallery.org website, owned and operated by Natalja Gofensefere.

 

General
2.1 These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to any purchase of products or services from the Vendor.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.

Contract and price

3.1 All prices are in USA Dollars.

3.2 Description of products and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although I seek to ensure information is correct, I make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If I discover an error, I will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.

3.3 By submitting an order you warrant that:
– you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with the Vendor,
– you are authorized and able to make payment via the method you have chosen,
– the information you have provided is correct, and your purchase is not made for the purpose of commercial resale.
3.4 A contract for purchase is only formed once I have accepted a payment via Paypal, Paysera, Credit Card or Visa Debit.


Payment method

Payment can be made with credit/debit cards through Paypal (secure payment) or Paysera (secure payment).

Turnaround, Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Turnaround time or processing time is 2-3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
5.2 Worldwide shipping.

Estimated shipping times from Latvia

To USA and Canada – 2-3 weeks

To Europa – 1-2 weeks

To Australia – 3-4 weeks


5.3 Please indicate the SHIPPING ADDRESS if it’s different from the address on your PayPal account – send me a private message when ordering. Please DOUBLE CHECK the shipping address during checkout. The shipping address is copied onto the package as is, and I am not responsible for any spelling mistakes that may cause non-delivery.
Items shipped via Standard non-tracked mail service (with a proof of shipping such as a detailed post office receipt) and lost in the transit are considered delivered and these orders are not refundable.
Please contact me BEFORE ordering if you need an item for a specific date.

Buyers are responsible for Duty, Customs or Royal fees.

Returns & exchanges
6.1 I gladly accept exchanges.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don’t accept returns or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns and exchange details:
Please no returns – most of our items are custom made and cannot be re-listed and/or re-sold to others. Shipping fee is not refundable.
If you receive your item damaged in transit please contact me THE SAME DAY so that I may resolve the problem. Please be sure to check your package upon delivery – as I cannot accept claims after 2 days of receipt. A picture of the damage is required prior to any refunds (shipping costs are not refunded).

 

Warranties and Liabilities
7.1 The Vendor excludes any condition or warranty, unless it is expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or is by law incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification.
7.2 The Vendor will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into, or any products or services purchased, through this website.

Copyright

All photos of the items in this shop are made by the Vendor and are subject to copyright. Any unauthorized use of these photos will be considered copyright infringement and will be prosecuted.

Privacy

The Vendor respects your privacy, as well as the confidentiality and the security of personal information provided by you. All information supplied by you is used by Print-gallery.org solely for communication or promotion purposes.

I use the information provided by you through the order process only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. I do not share this information with any third party.

When signing up for a newsletter from Print-gallery.org, your email address is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of sending newsletters, updates or special promotions.

Data Security

All the orders placed through this site are processed via PayPal or Paysera. PayPal and Paysera uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal or Paysera, I do not receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number from PayPalor Paysera. I only receive your shipping address and email, and use it to communicate with you about your order and to ship the purchased product.

Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Latvian Republic. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Latvian Republic.
